Tried installing myself but my drill is not powerful enough to drill into brick. Its only a 5 minute job, ive set up other bits and peices. Drill 4 holes. Put rubber bit's in drill screws into spots with bracket. If all is well.... its not loose and everything connects in well/easily. You get paid and go home 😁 "Please" Dont bring a cheap/weak drill and waste both of our time. Thank you

I need someone to install a 15L door mount swing bin (Kaboodle brand) in my cupboard under the kitchen bench. Currently, our son's bedroom door doesn't shut properly. It's a bit swollen. It needs to be taken off the hinges and planed on the inside (we think). Until now, we've never bothered fixing it but we have a newborn who wakes our son so it has become urgent

Inside laundry door is not aligned properly and needs shaving down to close. We attempted to fix it but it still doesn’t close properly. Second door upstairs also gets stuck if you can look at this - won’t need shaving down, just if it needs readjustment.

Bathroom entrance showing signs of wood rot which has been cut away. I have waited 3 weeks to ensure no ongoing leak to the area. Bathroom was regrouted about 8 months ago so I’m hopeful damage was done prior to this. Plumber has detected no leak. Replace missing area, paint and seal
