Repair garage roller door It is not moving

Piece of wood on verandah ceiling is loose, needs to be nailed back on, and a paver on front door steps had broken and needs to be cemented back on, both jobs easy.

A small patchwork required on the wall corner, kitchen cabinet door needs to be reattached and ceiling bulb needs a replacement.

Just need the cupboard door and drawer panels replaced in white laminex. Nothing more. Nothing less

We moved the balcony door out to change the rollers and then not able to put it back in. It is a heavy soundproof balcony door.

Repair toilet sliding door lock

We will remove the door and you can lay the brick. ( you supply brick ) we will paint over the brick after that. !!! don’t remove lintel. !!!

There is some water damage to my cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathroom, causing the wood to expand and the paint to chip at the top where the water drips down. Ideally, I don’t want to replace them, just fix them :)

After removing the old gas heater, there is hole on timber floor. Two pieces of timber floor size 15 cm X 41.5 cm (each) needed to replace the section with a hole, then polished to colour as close as possible to the rest. See attached picture 1. Rear door handle loosen/broken, need to be replaced. See picture 2. Bought a new one (see picture 3), which is available and can be used.

Entry door will not close properly. The locking mechanism hits the door frame to prevent it closing. Door appears to have ‘dropped’.
