Need to repair a sliding door that's been derailed. Believe one of the hinge snapped. Will need to cut open the top of the door to access the rail. The part that's possibly broken looks like below (just a reference image)

Front door architrave has come loose due to a door closer being removed in the past. The task is to: 1) Fix the loose timber architrave 2) patch the screw holes where the door closer was 3) supply paint and paint with an appropriate match (beige semi gloss)

We recently had a shop fit out and we had some large stickers up on the shop window (in the inside) - and there is still some on the windows (see attached) We have been unable to remove by hand - so would need maybe a blade or some sort of chemical to get off. There is a TV in front of the stickers - so would need to have a slim arm to put your arm around to try and get it off (unable to take TV out.) see attached references
