TWO JOBS FOR A SKILLED HANDYMAN Task 1 - Attach two small mirrors to rear side of wardrobe doors. The 2 mirrors were removed for painting and now need to be reattached. Task 2 - Re-install 2 wardrobe sliding doors. They were removed for paint works and carpet installation. The floor rail / bracket needs to be raised, possibly with a strip of aluminium or a piece of 16mm melamine ply, as I have shown in the photo. I have provided a photo of the actual mirror sliding doors, pictured leaning against the wall in the bathroom. Location is an Apartment on St Kilda Road Melbourne 3004. There is one hour parking around the building.

Details: The top metal track for our sliding mirrored wardrobe pulled out of the plasterboard ceiling. The original screw holes in the ceiling are stripped, so the track needs to be securely re-anchored (likely with toggle bolts or by drilling new holes). There is a small surface scratch on the wall that needs a quick dab of filler. Note: The track and the heavy glass doors are completely undamaged. We just need the track safely secured to the ceiling again so we can put the doors back on.

A floating door has buckled and the hinges wont align and the door is dragging along the tiles. Need the door rehung (possibly with new hinges) to stop it from dragging.

Fix shower door. Hinge seems to be slipping and making the door hard to open and have small space only to enter the shower.

My front door has become very heavy to close and is currently slamming shut. I think the issue is with the automatic door closer at the top of the door. Likely needs adjusting or a new one. I need someone to inspect the door and sort out how it can close without banging. I work fulltime so it would have to be done after 5 pm or the weekend is also ok. My location is right in front of the train station and can be a little bit hard for parking but I’m happy to pay for street parking and assist you carrying gear if necessary.
