Hi, my bedroom door is jammed shut due to a small ladder that has fallen inside the room and is blocking the door from opening. The door still moves slightly but is fully stuck and cannot be opened. The hinges are on the inside and inaccessible. I urgently need access to the room before Tuesday morning (8:30am exam) as my ID and personal belongings are inside. Looking for someone who can: * safely open the jammed door * move or reposition the ladder causing the blockage * avoid damage to the door/frame if possible

Need someone to fix two bathroom cupboard doors. 1. One door has a damaged hinge area and the original hinge cup hole has already been filled. A new hinge cup hole needs to be drilled, the hinge reinstalled, and the door reattached and aligned. 2. The second door does not require a new cup hole. It just needs a hinge repair plate installed and the door reattached/aligned. Please note that some of the original hinge screws are rusted and may be difficult to remove. If you have the proper tools, it should be straightforward. I have spare hinge repair plates available if needed. Photos attached.

All door brackets are currently intact, however the brackets come loose occasionally over time despite being manually tightened back up. The issue may be related to the internal timber insert/backing where the brackets are mounted. The attached photo shows the bracket when it becomes loose. Lower floor window is not watertight. Requires sealing to prevent ingress. Entry hall has gap between wooden floorboards and stone door threshold. Also requires sealing to prevent water ingress. There has been previous water damage into the lower ground floor of the property as per above.

The balcony sliding door is unable to move properly due to deterioration of the rubber seal/strip. The rotating handle mechanism has also become jammed, preventing the door from being securely locked.
