I am seeking a quote for the replacement of the shower base and glass screen in my apartment bathroom (Franklin St, Melbourne CBD). The current setup is quite dated, and I would also like to explore the option of installing a base with a slightly higher lip/hob at the entry point, if possible. Additionally, the shower door does not close or seal properly, which sometimes allows water to drip onto the outside floor when guests don’t close it correctly (i.e. not pulling it inside the lip/hob). Hey! I need this shelve fixed to wall. I live in an appartment and this is an external wall. Probably a Steele frame behind and then a panel. I also need a latch put on sliding door so that I can keep animals out. I have the screws for the shelve but dont have a latch.

Hi, I need someone to help me install these noise seals to 3 office room doors located on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004. You will need to bring a saw to cut it to size and your own tools such as a drill.

I need: 1. A door handle changed over to a new one. The new handle will be supplied (pictured) and just requires two holes to be drilled in the correct place. 2. Two small door stops installed on the skirting board for internal doors (these will be supplied and just require a single hole to be drilled in the correct place). 3. Two clothes racks (will be supplied, see picture) to be mounted on a bathroom plaster wall (not tiles). I want to make sure this is done securely, i.e. to the studs, or whatever is the best way to do this. I also have a number of other jobs/carpentry items that I would like some advice/to be quoted on separately, like installing some shelving in a cupboard, putting a trim on some external windows and mounting some other items on the walls. The job is in CBD Melbourne. Happy to adjust the price if additional tools or time are required, as I want to make sure everything is done well.
