The internal sliding door to our bathroom is no longer sliding smoothly on the tracks and needs fixing. (It’s currently difficult to open and close, but hopefully just a case of getting it back on the tracks properly.) Breakdown of task: - Remove 3 existing doors. - Hinge positions on door frames do not match the new doors — need new hinge recesses cut and old ones patched. -One door needs the swing reversed (hinges moved to opposite side; latch and strike plate relocated; old recesses patched). - Hang all 3 new doors so they open/close smoothly. - Install handles and latches (sourcing from old doors) - Ensure correct alignment and clearance. Replacing door handles (approx 10 doors) New handles require the whole to be slightly bigger (sanding / shaving required) As you can see in pic - handle base doesn’t sit flush and sticks out slightly Can take all the handles off prior to save you time!

I need a window sill replaced in my bathroom. It can be accessed from the inside of my bathroom as my apartment is on level one. The rotted area is approximately 64cm x 9cm. I’d be interested in a finish that isn’t susceptible to rot such as another tile, as it’s constantly exposed to water from the shower. Quite a small area but could be a little complicated due to the shape of the contours, as well as the window winder having to go back into the new surface. From what I can tell it’s the brick facade of the building below the rotted sill. Let me know if any more pictures are required.

Sliding door making a scraping sound when you pull it to open. No scraping when you close it. Need someone to take a look as this only started happening since we had painters in last week.
