The entire window frame of the garage needs replacement. Where the bottom rail has rotted, the glass has fallen down & the old putty must be removed. All bottom rail has rotted away. All quad is rotten. Water is getting in & must be sealed on top of the window. It must be sealed with silicone then painted afterward.

Wooden window frame has minor rotting. Needs to be patched up and painted so it is weather proof again. Window accessible from roof of garage so won't need scaffolding.

I will have new windows and frames installed in my one bedroom apartment and the wood needs painting. Two window sets (bedroom and living room) and both the inside and outside need painting. I will need you to supply the paint. I will provide the name of the indoor paint but will need you to colour match the outside paint. The apartment is on the first floor and there is already scaffolding available to use to paint the outside. I've had some old curtains removed from 10 windows and it has left little holes where the screws came from. Approximately 4 holes per window need to be sanded field and painted. I don't need the whole window frame redone just those small areas. There are also two small holes in the wall that need filling. I think I should have the paint here too.
