Moved into apartment with wifi (already connected to tv etc) but modem/router (Xiaomi AX3200) doesn’t show default password. Need help to reset and connect with new password. Would be quick for someone who knows what they are doing

Our Wifi (Google Nest) keeps dropping every once in a while. The internet speed is also slow when we get to the first floor despite having Google nest extenders. Need some help with this. Also, would like to know how can I limit access to specific social media sites at the router level ?

I have an NBN modem installed at the back of my house. As you can see from the photos attached, we are getting great download speeds near the modem (living room and kitchen) but with my office at the front of the house, even with TP-Link Wifi 7 system installed (wirelessly - see photo attached), the download speeds are terrible. We have a pitched roof so the potential to run cable through there and have sockets installed to connect each device, if possible. My router is at the front of house and my office is at the back and wifi has never been good. I would like an ethernet point put in my office so I can connect directly, would also like one put behind tv in loungeroom, was after quotes of how much this would cost?
