This should be a straightforward fix if you have the Eero app. Please follow these steps: * Check the Eero 6 and confirm it is powered off. * Turn off/disconnect the NBN equipment. * Important: Remove the battery from the NBN backup unit. The battery keeps the NBN equipment powered, so it needs to be disconnected for the NBN to fully turn off. * Disconnect all plugs from the NBN and Eero equipment. * Leave everything disconnected briefly. * Reconnect all plugs. * Reconnect/power on the NBN equipment and make sure the battery is reconnected as appropriate. * Check the Eero 6 and allow it to restart. * Use the Eero app to confirm the Eero is back online. * Confirm that the internet/Wi-Fi is working before leaving. Hi Tenmay Looking for a quote to fix my wifi internet connections works great down stairs did work great upstairs with my Telstra booster but recently stopped working upstairs but I’d like to get advice on how to ensure every room in my house has connections that will never fail if that’s at all possible located in Killarney vale kids and hubby use wifi for gaming and tv I use upstairs for office and streaming.

We use a nord VPN to access our USA accounts with a separate ASUS router. Working perfectly until a week ago but no wifi now. Also our Telstra modem which is a year old is blocking our emphases app and we therefore get no solar readings. The emphases company came and said it was the modem.

We recently had a new router (Telstra) installed. I forgot to ask the person who installed it to set up our wifi extended for the front half of the house. We used to have it so the back of the house we were on one wifi name and the front of the house on another - it all came from the one router - I don't understand how these things are done. So now we don't get any wifi in the front part of the house. We have also been unable to connect the Neff ovens to our wifi since - these are in the same open plan living as the main router. I just need someone who can come and complete the set up. The main reason for the change in modem was to improve speed. The original job was to set up the Nord VPN on the TV, This was done and is working perfectly.

Tasks: * Identify the correct DSL/telephone outlet in the property. * Verify the NBN service is reaching the premises. * Supply/use the correct cable if required. * Configure and connect the modem. * Confirm the internet is working before leaving.
