Intermittent signal in the house with black spots. Some days its great - other times is effected by weather and how many people online. Need signal testing and suggestions to boost signal eg cables, booster, router relocation. There is worse signal in the garage which is an office so that may may need a separate solution.

The customer recently bought a house and has no idea how to hook up their internet/WIFI. Customer needs assistance with setting this up.

The nbn address checker says I have fttn but the only wall port I can find is an Ethernet port (rj45) not a phone port (rj11). The modem I have is for fttn but doesn’t work with the Ethernet cable I have. Not sure next steps, would like help getting set up asap. (Router and cable can be returned to jbhifi if needed)

I am with iiNet. Modem model vx220-G2v(AUTPG) Ver 2.0. My Extender halved download speed - Wireless-N WIFI Repeater Pro. Need an appropriate extender and it’s setup for signal to travel unimpeded from the modem through two rooms and a brick wall to operate a security camera in my garage. Need assistance connecting wifi router

I have an issue with my wifi network. I have a Synology RT6600ax router as a base station and two WRX560s set up as extenders. They are either not working or fluttering between working and not working with no connectivity. Optus have confirmed everything is good on their end. We have another extender thing that seems to be connected to the network and we can connect to it and use it but i have no idea why i can't connect to the main network. I am convinced its a configuration error. I have reset all stations but it didn't help. If you can come and fix it so my network is up and running i would appreciate it. I would like whatever your offer is to allow for two hours. Can pay extra if it takes longer etc

I have recently moved to a new house and the house has an NBN FTTP connection. I also have took the new plan with Dodo. However, I struggle to connect with the model to get the internet network even though the cable is connected to the NBN D2 node. The house has an automation system from the previous owner which may make the routing configuration hard. I need to have a look at someone and connect with the new internet.
