Have recently installed a brand new washing machine however when it goes into spin mode the machine vibrates to the point of slamming on nearby walls making it currently unusable for fear of damage. The machine (LG ThinQ) has come with a couple of anti slip sheets that are meant to reduce excessive vibration. I need someone to help me place these sheets under the base of the machine and helping to install anything else necessary to make the machine stable and functional

Purchased new washing machine. Tap handle only leaks when washing machine hose is fitted. It’s leaking from the tap not the hose. If the hose is not connected it doesn’t leak from behind the tap.

Our washing machine is coming up with an error message. The other day it spun like crazy and moved the washing machine, so I suspect the water has disconnected somewhat. I removed the rubber gasket in my washing machine to clean it. I need someone to secure it back onto the washing machine properly. I have seated the rubber gasket and attached the wire on the outer rim, I am just finding it a challenge to secure it with the inner wire/spring. Would much appreciate someone with experience to ensure it is secured!
