Issue: When preheating the oven, smoke began coming from the side of the unit along with a strong burning smell. It has been described as smelling like burning wires. The oven was used recently without any issues, so the fault appears to have developed suddenly. Model: VS0632 BLANCO OVEN We use the Oven only to prepare Pizzas. The original door seal made (black rubber) was replaced last year after which the heating takes too long (and doesn't even heats up properly). Pizza base doesn't get cooked properly even after waiting for a few extra minutes. Need some technician to visit the house and fix whatever the issue is.

A front metal panel on my oven door has become unstuck. I think the metal connection pieces underneath the oven door is bent?
