I’ve purchased a replacement Hoover washing machine door seal, but I’m struggling to fit it.

1 of the pins has broken off from standard power plug on washing machine. Need an electrician to come in and replace. Must be during business hours (9am - 5pm)

We need our washing machine connected. The builder says it needs a clamp on the connector to the drain before we can use it. We need someone to buy the right clamp and come over and connect it. He gave me an example of what the clamp looks like in the picture.
