NBN connection needs troubleshooting - cables possibly not plugged in correctly

I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TP link modem router to my NBN connection. Looking for someone TODAY who knows NBN well, and can help figure out what is going on. Preferable if you can bring your own VDSL2 router as well to see if it’s my router. The router is connected via the DSL cable, and the sync light is on. I have confirmed this with Tangerine Telco and they said that the sync is all good on their side / that they can see the modem is connected. I am fairly techy and have tried alot of stuff from online forums but to no avail.

Intermittent signal in the house with black spots. Some days its great - other times is effected by weather and how many people online. Need signal testing and suggestions to boost signal eg cables, booster, router relocation. There is worse signal in the garage which is an office so that may may need a separate solution.

I’ve been having issues with slow connection speeds on my WiFi for some time, but recently it’s completely stopped working. As has the wired connection to my TV, which was previously working at a high speed. I have a new modem to try out, I’d like someone with more IT expertise than me to help sort it out. Need help troubleshoot my custom built PC. It keeps shutting off only when I’m gaming. I checked the temps and they’re average so I suspect it’s a PSU problem. But I’m not too sure because I don’t know anything about PCs.

Site is having issues with their receipt printer and the cables at the site are a mess, hindering the remote troubleshooting of the receipt printer. Need help with setting up router with WIFI from exetel - Connection type is Opticom

Help me to fix the NBNCo (Internode) internet for a renter in our apartment. NBNCo has been performing emergency work which has affected the internet, but the renter cannot get it restarted and needs help. It would involve going to the property, having a look at the router & modem (possibly restarting), calling me on the phone to troubleshoot at the same time. Must bring a phone & laptop to connect to the internet so we can check it's working while on the phone. Air Tasker should be someone with some IT experience and ability to deal with internet issues. Job should take 30 mins, no more than 1hr max.
