Fix the wall and repaint

Fix a hole in gyprock / plaster wall in bedroom. Hole is about 15cm. Area will need to be repainted, we will supply paint.

Power point installation required in living room. I believe its a double brick wall.

Plastering or gyrpocking over bagged walls

A wall needs repairing with render.

I need to have two sections of ceiling plaster replaced that were damaged by a leaking roof (roof has been repaired) One section is on the back patio and is approx 3000 x 1500mm and the other is in the laundry cupboard and is 600x500m. Price includes labour, materials and GST.

When the wall is dried out completely we need the damaged paint scrapped back, damaged part of wall fixed, area water proofed and sort of matching existing texture. Painting not needed, I can complete that

We are wanting to lower the height of our porch wall by two bricks so we can sit and see the street. Job: remove top row of capping bricks and the next two rows of horizontal rendered bricks. Re-attach capping bricks (or new bricks) and render to match original state. Painting not needed - We will paint the capping row white and walls beige after the completion

- A small part on a bathroom wall needs plastering and tiling as shown in pictures. - The top part near the water tap might require tiles to be purchased and cut (very common tiles from Bunnings). - the bottom part behind the washing machine just needs plastering and sanding (ready for painting by others). - Due date: Flexible

Awning window stays are old and need to be replaced. The part to be replaced is the metal hinge on either side at the top of the window. The windows are wind out awning style and open at the bottom. - Due date: Flexible
