We need one new power point to be installed there is access to it from the subfloor and power point close to it. Two exisiting power points needs to moved by 20cm Two subfloor fan which is brick cut needs to be powered. One power points wiring is already done needs to be connected.

Hi,The old air conditioner removed and the hole is boarded up. Plasterer work to be carried out in Bedroom and a Fibre board on the outside which can be unscrewed for easy access.

Cornice is damaged from tiling. Need to fill and repair on 4 walls. Most walls minimal damage.

Need top of doorway re rendered and packed out, making it level, not flush with the bowed lintel. Previous rendered i engaged here put the angles to match the lintel, when i needed it perfectly level. He said he would come and pack it out, and make level, but ghosted me 🤦‍♂️ It is in the kitchen, and cant have a buckled opening next to a brand new kitchen, obviously.
