When the above ceiling unit of our ducted air conditioner was replaced, they had to remove the gyprock ceiling (made a square hole 1.5-1.6m x 1m approximately ) and removed the downlight also (we still have those lights and all the wiring). Need to undo toilet seats and other plumbing stuff and reconnect again. The gyprock has been affected by moisture and mould due to being unnoticed for some time. The job involves: 1. Removing the damaged and moulded gyprock. 2. Cleaning and treating the area to address mould. 3. Installing new gyprock. 4. Finishing with taping, mudding, sanding, and painting with suitable paint for bathroom. Small external wall to be rendered only a small job

I have damage to my ceiling which is approx 1 metre by 30 cm. The area is a cornice. I would like a quote and if reasonable proceed with repairs in the next fortnight possibly .

Need an extra power point added to our kitchen island. There is already a microwave cavity so no issues accessing power, just need a certified electrician to come and install. Flexible on date and time

These are Rondo office partitions. We need to remove the wall between two offices (see attached) wall dimensions are 3250x3000 and then repair/plaster and sand. No painting required. Ideally job needs to be completed on the weekend or after hours. All materials are needed to be supplied.

I removed a furniture to install a new one, which is only a drawers at the bottom and now I need Wall leveling and repair, including filling uneven surfaces and ensuring a smooth finish. Don’t need to be painted as the wall paper is going to cover it.

Wall Power Outlet Installation Install a new power outlet on an existing wall

We have a 3 switch power point outside. The switch plate is broken and we cant turn off the outside spot light. We just need it replaced. No other electrical work. Would need to supply the switch plate.
