Damage has occurred from water leaks at the gutter. Commercial property damage rises up to 300mm from the floor about 4mts in total

Sauna assembly completion required. Sauna is all together, but the people installing it were unable to get the sauna plumb, square up the door and finish off the siliconing for the outdoor sauna attached. I expect it's a 2-3 hour job max. Easy job for capable sauna installer, carpenter, cabinet maker or handyman... everything is already in place.

We need a small area of the wall in the laundry patched up and replastered. We have had some plumbing work done during renovations and so this needs to be covered. The area measures 1.3m x 0.7m. We just require plastering, no painting.

Have some rendering around the front of house that has bubbled up and is a bit sandy behind it, will need these areas to be patched up correctly ready for re-painting. All up I would say about 1m squared of patches.

The wires are all ready for the new lights. I have had some plaster work done. Where the power point needs to go is a hollow wall.

One or two people to help remove the roof and deck of a back verandah. $40 per hr per person

Plastering bathroom 2 x 2.5m

needing someone to remove/demo plasterboard and insulation that was DIY’d by the previous owners in a back storage room. Do not need you to dispose of it as we will take care of that, just wanting someone to remove it all from the roof & walls. Storage room is only approx 4m x 2m and it’s only 3/4 of the space that has been fitted with insulation and plasterboard.

The render in a wall next to the pool pump room and the pool is wet and the render is bulging. Require someone to detect the source of the leak , fix the leak or cause of the moisture and fix the render.

Complete the plaster repair in kitchen ceiling from old vent cover, sand and leave ready for priming and painting. Fill gap around new black vent hood and repair minor cracks near cornice to left of vent hood. No painting required, just needs to be ready for painting.

Need to change all the wall linings and ceilings with new Gyprock. Bathroom with Aquachek water resistant lining.

Patch and repair external wall on town house

We have three walls that need plastering after tiles have been removed along with a few patch ups. Two power points are being relocated and existing holes need filling. We are a bit restricted on days as flooring is being laid 11-14th August restricting access. New cupboards are being fitted in the cavity beside this area on 16th August but there will be one overhead installed that may hinder the plastering after it is installed. There still will be access behind it. Ideally job to be done 8th to 10th of August or 15th of August. Preferably not while the floor is getting laid. Otherwise will have to be after cupboards are installed. Price negotiable.

Have a 75" 4K Tv weighing 29kg that I want to be mounted on a gyprock wall. Need assistance who has done this before
