After a pressure cleaning job several tiles on my verandah need to be regrouted with cement grouting . The weather is great now and it is a precise job obviously. The actual area would be 4-5 square meters. The grouting width is roughly 1 cm.

Hi, we have recently removed wallpaper from the house and looking for an experienced plasterer to skim coat plaster around 350 m2 of wall area in certain parts of the house (6 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 1 living, and 1 dining). The wall itself is concrete with no cracks or holes to repair. Please provide a price quote to undertake the work on a total and $ / m2 basis. Need help plastering 3 small walls (one fibre cement; 2 concrete) and a very small ceiling (less than 1SQM Gyprock) in a small walk-in store room off our living room. All the surfaces have been prepped. Just needs two coats of plaster. Please include sanding. I will do the painting. Please note I expect you to clean up and remove all rubbish and materials

After an electrician has installed fans and new power points, I need the cuts and holes in the gyprock plastered and prepared for painting (no painting required for this job). Work required: - 3 coats for 5 x circular cuts - 3 coats for 2 x square cuts on roof for fans - 2 coats for 7 x circular cuts(they already have had first coast & sand done, see photos) - 2 x coats for 2 x square cuts on roof for fans (they already have had first coast & sand done, see photos) - Sand and finish in preparation for painting I expect this will require 2-3 visits. I'm flexible on timing. Bring your own tools (must include plasterboard sander with vacuum). Multi-purpose joint compound and plasterboard joint tape provided. Hi i need a surface socket installed in the kitchen wall which will be used to power an alexa display. I currently have a 24v power supply in the wall for what used to be a video intercom system and am currently running a dc dc converter 24v to 12v 1.5amp for a smaller alexa device. But the new alexa device requires 18v 1.67amp so not sure if this or another dc to dc step down can be used or we need to wire 240v from another source and just use the alexa 240v plug. If we can get step down convertor to work, surface socket not required.
