After an electrician has installed fans and new power points, I need the cuts and holes in the gyprock plastered and prepared for painting (no painting required for this job). I'm flexible on timing. Bring your own tools (must include plasterboard sander with vacuum). Multi-purpose joint compound and plasterboard joint tape provided. Hi i need a surface socket installed in the kitchen wall which will be used to power an alexa display. I currently have a 24v power supply in the wall for what used to be a video intercom system and am currently running a dc dc converter 24v to 12v 1.5amp for a smaller alexa device. But the new alexa device requires 18v 1.67amp so not sure if this or another dc to dc step down can be used or we need to wire 240v from another source and just use the alexa 240v plug. If we can get step down convertor to work, surface socket not required.

I have about 16 frames and item's that need to be rehung. They are currently up but on 3m stickers, but keep falling down. I need them to be done with proper nails or whatever is used for gyprock. Photos attached show what needs to be done.

I would like someone to remove existing plaster / drywall from a 3.3 x 3.3m room. Also would like someone to remove dust/ cobwebs etc behind the wall. Am looking to instal insulation so need it all removed and clean.
