Need to give this old vanity an upgrade with a decent repaint and resurfacing

Garage 5.3m x 3.6m made of single brick with some double brick pillars requires an inner wall of wood frame and plasterboard. Also a ceiling is required, including new battens to be attached to beams (beams are spaced 0.8 m apart so too far apart for plaster to be attached without battens) Garage door to be replaced with a sliding door (I purchase this). Any gaps around this filled with wood or wall. Also needed is a 2.3 section of internal single-sided plaster wall separating garage from the adjacent shed/studio. Photos have wood airing against walls and boxes - these will be moved by me asap.

I have a patch of mouldy plaster due to a leak. The leak has now been fixed and l wish it to be replaced

4 holes require plastering. The cornice above the AC requires replacing.
