I will be removing 5x vents in the ceiling from the old ducted evap air con and need the holes to be patched. Approx. 30cm square. Standard ceiling height. Evap aircon should be installed 15/16 Jan so would need holes patched on same day. Will confirm date asap. Cheers.

Whole house needs to be replastered and painted

Looking for help to remove square adhesives and fix up tears on the drywall of my small studio space. Quite a while ago, I put up really cheap acoustic foam on my small studio space using cheap square adhesives. It of course, started to fall apart very quickly and the adhesives didn’t stick. I started taking them down but did a VERY bad job and peeled some of the drywall. It’s been left in this state for years and is very unsightly.

Awning window not opening, it seems the top of the window is dislodged from the top of the frame. Looks like the window needs to be reseated. Window winder brand new, already replaced.

Town house that needs awning fixed. Whenever I pressed the extend button on the remote, the awning makes a clicking noise as if the motor is trying to turn but it doesn’t move.

Install plasterboard to cover bulkhead and small wall section. Reinstall existing 1950’s cornice and patch/repair. Tape and mud all joins, 2 edge strips required. Cabinet in photo will be removed and small timber frame bulkhead to be created.

Install awning on brick wall. It is 2500mm x 2000mm and hand crank.

We have taken some walls out and need areas of the roof and walls replastered to fill the gaps. It is a decent size job. You will need to bring equipment and new plasterboard. I have some off cuts left over that you can use as well.
