Remove single power point from a external wall harness and install a double power point into wall

Build entrance hall drywall with timber frame and gyprock panels. See pic for demo (brown paper). Install skirting boards and cornices to match existing. Finish to be ready for painting.

Replace burnt out 15amp power outlet. Outlet was still operating however is clearly unsafe and not being used.

I have an awning frame attached to house. It's 3000*1000. See photos. I'd like a polycarbonate panel fitted to the top. 3000mm length, and ideally approx 1200mm width, so it overhangs the frame slightly.

The exit sign is hanging on its cable. The exit sign has two screws that was attached to the ceiling that is made of plastboard. Need the ceiling fixed and sign installed back.

Due to repairing bathroom leaking, the plasterboard ceiling in our laundry room has got a hole as shown in the picture, we need an handman help us to replace some plasterboard to fill the hole and re-painting the ceiling. The laundry room is 1.5x3.5M in size as shown in the picture. (paint can be available if required)

Over winter, there has been some mould accumulate on the gyprock inside our 3 skylights as well as the bricks on our retaining wall, as shown in the photos. I would like someone to clean the mould off (probably bleach or similar on gyprock, should be easy as its a new build) and a combo of 30 seconds and gurney for bricks. Brick wall length is probably 20m, but some areas worse than others. Skylights in alfresco would need a ladder to reach. I've run out of time to do this before guests arrive this weekend.
