Two large holes in a plasterboard ceiling, due to water damage from a previous roof leak. Holes are about 500mmx600mm and 600mmx1200mm. install new 13mm plasterboard, patch, white ceiling paint. Both in the same room. Attached are the areas that we taped with paper for now (the size of the area to be patched is as per the description). Ceiling heights one at 2170 bulkhead and other at approx 2600 mm.

Balustrade removal 4 panels

I’ve just had the built in dining seating removed from the dining room (2 x .3.1m). This has left a few holes / patches in the wall. I want to extend the existing paneling from the top half of the wall to the bottom; plaster / patch & sand the exposed half wall; repaint 3 of the existing walls of this room.

I’ve just had a new plasterboard suspended ceiling installed and it was installed over previous down lights. The down lights are now suspended between the true ceiling and the suspended ceiling. I need an electrician to access the lights and disconnect them/cut them off so that there aren’t active lights in an enclosed space in my ceiling. Feel free to ask any questions as this isn’t my area of expertise so this may not make sense! The down lights (4) are pictured previously on the timber planks. The timber planks have now been replaced with plasterboard.

Need to apply Putty/ Filler on a section of a wall and painted over with it matching the current wall colour - White.

Drywall repair. 1x hole about the size of a hand, 2x holes from hooks. Photos attached. Wall will be repainted separately - this work is solely the repairs and finish, ready to then be repainted later when the whole wall is repainted.

Need help installing a folding arm awning. I have some tools, but likely not the right ones, please bring your own.

Install a new power point (GPO) inside my kitchen cabinet for a new electric oven (replacing a gas oven): -Run approximately 3 metres of cable from an existing 15A circuit, currently unused and previously dedicated to the common laundry -The circuit has active and neutral lines already available in my unit, accessible from a switch located above the kitchen countertop -Route the cable down into the cabinets, and then either through or under the cabinets to the oven location -Install a new GPO inside the cabinet at the end of the run -The main fuseboard and common laundry are on the ground floor, my unit is on level 3 -Must be familiar with strata requirements, including being licensed and preferably insured Thanks!

Assemble infrared sauna unboxed with manual. Needs 2 strong men to assemble as 4 pax sauna.

Remove a timber awning from above bifold doors. Awning is fixed to the brick wall with dynabolts. Awning is located on the ground floor and can be accessed easily. Also needs to be disposed of elsewhere.

Awning sounds like its straining g to stretch out. One arm also requires a little lift.

Hang 4 big picture frames that have jerseys in them. Hang 2 smaller ones that are A4 size. All hung on gyprock walls.
