I have 10-15 pictures that need hanging in my newly renovated ground floor unit. They are mostly light weight, some are fairly large but still light weight. I'm pretty sure I know where I want them but may need to discuss placement on the day. My ideal time is before 7am or after 5pm, or on weekends.

Hi all, I’m looking for a reliable person who can pop in on Thursday afternoon and create a platform for an Ikea wardrobe to sit on. Ultimately I’m hoping to turn this into a built in and am looking to raise it off the ground. It will be a wall mounted job from IKEA who are coming on Friday morning. I’ll also need to add some MDF boards to the brick wall it will be fixed to in order to help create that built in look. No painting required, just create the platform, affix the MDF boards and then finish the top framing and add more MDF post installation. Pics are of the space (between sliding door and fixed door), a very crude drawing of the overall structure, the wardrobe and an example photo of what I’m after.

Base of wooden verandah posts need repair. New footings laid and stirrups put in to hold posts x 3 support will be needed to hold verandah roof while work carried out. This will allow for new timber verandah to be put in.

Rebrick and render under window of ensuite ready for tiling. 3 bricks should do it as seen in one of the photos. Wall needs repair and render where brick/render has come away. You need to have experience doing this type of work please.

I have a very small living room with exposed brick that I’d like to make smooth. I was hoping to get this job done using gyprock boards. According to my maths, I’ll need approximately 12x plaster gyprock plaster boards to cover the total surface area (approx $250, then additional $100 for the bond/tape). I just need someone to install it - I’m happy to purchase the boards and all the stuff necessary, just paying for the labour

I am looking to paint the exterior of my house but before doing so need to verify the render is sound. I also had tie downs installed and need the holes patched, and there was small, localised damage to the render underneath a window. I can supply the render or reimburse the cost with receipts.

When I renovated I removed the skirting boards which had power plugs mounted onto them. Behind the skirting was a brick sized gap that the electrical ran through. I would like the gap filled with brick and the power plugs mounted onto the brick. The job will involve sourcing, placing and drilling the brick and mounting the power plug There are 3 holes / power plugs total. They are currently sitting on cheap ply taped to the wall.. so would like this done asap. Let know if you have any questions

Render rear house wall. 10m x 2m

I need plastering done in my apartment and this includes a few wall holes due to electrical work, a hole where an air conditioning unit was removed, some minor cracking in the suspended ceiling and a manhole area. I also require a person to install skirting (materials purchased and cut to size) in addition to some pictures hung and touch up painting. There are a few other smaller jobs in addition to this but if you are qualified to do this then the other parts will be easy.
