I need a small section of bathroom wall re-sheeted to get the house rental-ready. The wall is approx. 1.6m high x 2m wide, currently exposed brick (previously had plasterboard). Job includes: Supply and install waterproof board (Villaboard or equivalent WR plasterboard). Secure to brick with adhesive and masonry screws. Tape and set the joins/screw holes for a paint-ready finish. I will handle painting once the wall is prepped. Looking for someone experienced with bathroom/wet area sheeting who can do a neat, rental-standard job. Location: Frankston, VIC Flexible timing: Can be done weekdays or weekend.

Need electrician to install some power points

I need a power point replaced, The guy who was going to do it can’t make it (previously included changing the antenna plate but I did that myself. Now I need it done today because I go back to work tomorrow!

I'm selling my unit and need some exterior painting done across various outdoor areas, balcony concreted in a small section, a small amount of plaster fixed on a roof and wall and other small bits and pieces of handyman work. Probably 2 days work.

Replace one fibro cement sheet about 1200mm x 2400mm size in verandah. - 6mm thick sheeting. - supply sheeting. - may need some cutting to fit. - use coutersunk outdoor timber screws to secure to rafters. - want screws to be flush with sheet so I can paint it after. - bring own tools and tidy up after.

Plaster wall hole repair around power point repaired as cleanly as possible. I'd like to avoid my agent even knowing it happened & really don't want to have to paint too much around it. PowerPoint itself is sound & working fine, but i am avoiding using it until it is repaired.

Removed old Gas Heater. 600mm x 1.8mm. Now looking to replace hole. Needs noggins to back new sheet of plasterboard. Also a 600mm x 1200mm section I needed to remove to inspect for water leak. Please plasterboard and paint Have plasterboard and plasterboard screws on site. Unfortunately I am going away and can't get it done in time.
