Work required: • 12 downlights – patch holes/gaps left around the replacement downlights. • 8 old fluorescent lights – patch holes left after the old fittings were removed and replaced. Located internally and externally. • 1 old floor heating vent – approx. 500mm x 250mm, requiring a new plasterboard section and finishing. • 1 old ceiling heating vent – approx. 500mm x 250mm, requiring a new plasterboard section and finishing. All repairs need to be properly patched, plastered and sanded to a smooth, paint-ready finish. No painting required. Plasterer to supply the plasterboard, compounds and other materials required for the repairs.
