Cut back existing plasterboard around air conditioning unit and install insulation to the wall (3.5m wide, 2.45m high). Add framing as required to joints and install plasterboard. Finish joints. Close off a wall opening (450/400mm, two wall sides) with plasterboard, including framing as required and finishing of joints. Significant crack developed in garage ceiling dry plaster. Crack measures approximately 1 meter in length. Affected area surrounding is now sloped in towards the crack. Affected area measures approximately 1.2m x 2m. Looking to have cracked plaster removed, ceiling area inspected, plasterboard replaced, and ceiling repainted to similar original colour. - Due date: Before Monday, 6 June 2022
