Russell did a great job fixing our wall. He was professional and did a great patch job . However, He wasn’t great at communicating that he wasn’t going to be able to make it to the job on the agreed day (he was really busy). I had to follow him up . He did however come the next day. So maybe just confirm the day before. I would definitely recommend him.

Need to remove one section of cornice. Square set with a new one. Patch a length of celing from the removal of the old bulk head above the new kitchen. Install a 3 meter expansion joint in the celing. Patch a few areas in the celing from cracking.

We have an old QLDer home that has the front balcony with two worn out cylinder wooden slat things (like the guard rail so kids can’t fall out) on the outside of the balcony.
