Pax wardrobe installed by third party but has issues

currently have 1 large room that we need to split into 2 rooms and create a new door opening. no painting needed, just frame, insultation and gyprock (Rooms need to be sound proof)

I need a small hole patched in my gyprock ceiling and the area repainted to match. I don’t have the exact paint colour, but it looks like a standard white ceiling paint. Please include materials and paint in your quote if possible.

I need 2 x rotted posts taken down and new ones to replace them. I already have the posts on site. Acroprops will be required (maximum height of props is 4 metres). In addition replacement of some rotten paneling as per photo. Licensed carpenter required.
