Hang a wooden wall art on gyprock wall

I need a new power point installed in my garage next to an existing light switch. I also need to replace an existing isolation switch in my bore well.

Repair approximately 0.2 square metres of broken/chipped/loose cement render on front porch column. Tasker to supply materials. No painting required.

Remove 2x security lights 1x PowerPoint 1x light fixture 1x aircon point Eaves are being removed and then will need to be replaced when eaves are reinstalled

Power switch for electric stove has stopped switching on, I think its just the switch that needs repairing or possibly replacing

Had a burst pipe in wall, fixed, hole is half filled but tradie hasn't returned to finish Need job finished Job includes: Plaster and sand wall, prep for painting. I have plaster here, would need to supply or advise if other materials needed

It’s a restaurant seating area. 2.8m tall wall. 6x8 meters room. Walls had few things on them. We took them out so the surface is needs work. Sand the walls. Put putty to make it smooth. Two joins of the gyprock sheets need a bit work too. Please see pictures to get more idea. Please write when you can do this job

Corner of One room plasterboard ceiling sagging. Require peeling back fibreglass insulation in roof space (22,5 degree pitch tile roof), between ceiling joists over whole room, vacuuming all dust, ensuring underside of ceiling joists are clean & clear. Prop ceiling back up to underside of joists as required (with car jack & piece of thick ply). Contractor to supply prop and plywood only. Hair and wet plaster strips over joists to back of plasterboard to secure in place. When dry, replace fibreglass insulation between joists - all as existing. Owner will take from there. - Due date: Flexible
