Need to install a new power point in the subfloor. The height of the subfloor is approximately 900mm. There is power to the subfloor already as it is directly wired to the subfloor ventilation fans. I will be replacing an existing fan with a new one that comes with a 240V power plug and therefore I need a power point. - Due date: Before Friday, 27 May 2022

Most likely need a new sheet of drywall installed to the studs of the wall. Most likely needs taping and joint compound. Happy for this to be super rough as I’ll be tiling over this entire section so just needs to be reasonably flush. To clarify- don’t need the thinset adhesive removed/smoothed. Just need drywall installed in the section the holes are.

We are having a wall removed from between our living room and kitchen (see plans attached). As such, existing plasterboard will be damaged/removed. We need someone to supply and install new plasterboard (approx. 10-15m2) and would like to either re-use existing cornices or have new cornices supplied and installed. Plasterboard is to be installed ans topped, ready for painting. If you can provide a prce for painting the ceiling, as well as rendering a small section of brick wall and painting that too that would be ideal. Timing subject to change and to fall in-line with wall removal works (likely end of next week). Job is in Crows Nest.

Gyprock 2 small walls and understair, add small cabinet door understair for storage. 1st wall: estimate 1m by 1.5m 2nd wall: estimate 1.5m by 1.5m Stair: 0.6m width Door: 0.6m by 1.5m Gyprock/plaster and sand, you must supply all materials and tools. I’ll do the painting afterwards.
