4m2 of 6mm FC and 4m2 of gyprock to put on the ceiling. FC to be base coat. Ceiling to be top coat. Sheets supplied base coat and top coat to be supplied.

Patch / render / paint a small section of wall (under window frame).

Complete short term repair to wood lattice awning at height, reattach and replace a few slats, sand and oil. I have replacement slats sander etc. Expect a few hours work. Lattice is above awning so access needs to be from top of awning, I have large plywood sheets to work from.

we have had a leak repaired and now need the Gyprock sheeting repaired. It is around a window and need clean finishing of the gyprock against the glass. The gyprock needs aligning as the concrete does not line up so a beam needs to be added for the clean look as before. I will attach the original photos of when the place was built and how it should look finished. the length is approximately 7 meters long and 2 meters high and the window is 50cm high and 3 meters long Ideally we want this done before the end of the year and we are flexible with dates or working (you can come weekends as well)

Hi I need someone to come and gyprock a hole in the ceiling. Need to patch it properly, so the ceiling has a smooth finish as well. We do not need it painted. Size of hole is 1.2 x 1.3m Pics attached. Ground floor easy access. Prefer someone to come after 4pm if possible to do this job but might be able to be flexible depending on price. Need to pack out the gap around our tv with a Gyprock sheet and blend in. Builder made the recess behind the tv too big. Needs to be packed out 40mm each side with a Gyprock sheet and angle trim. Materials need to be supplied. No need to paint. - Due date: Before Sunday, 21 January 2024
