I need an electrician or handyman to fix a power plug on the wall that is not receiving electricity. The surrounding areas and other power outlets are working fine, but this specific plug is not.

I have removed all of the existing roof sheets from my rear awning and require someone to install new polycarbonate roof sheets (laserlite 2000 / suntuf or similar). I have not purchased any materials. The rafters are ok but a couple of the roof battens will need replacing (warped). The new battens will need to be painted black to match the existing - I have spare paint handy.  Installation required in accordance with the installation guide with 'noise stop tape' etc. Roof is approximate 26m2.

Need to install the ceramic flush tank back to the wall. It was dropped off and was put it back on to the wall. But it dropped again due to the wall holes broken. Maybe need to fix the plasterboard wall before put the tank back on. Tasks required: 1. Fix the wall so it is able to hang the tank 2. Spiral concrete stairs connect the first and second levels of this three-story house. At the moment, we have provided temporary steel railings that will be taken down before we introduce glass railings. Our 12mm tempered (toughened) glass has been designed and manufactured, and the measurements are fairly accurate. The tempered glass panels with 40mm round standoff (SS304) are available at the site. Before the installation process, it is necessary to move the glass panels from the ground level to the first and second levels. The weight of each panel varies from 20kg to 40kg depending on its size. The installer must be a licensed glass installer and carry insurance in case of any material damage or break. It's possible to negotiate a reasonable and affordable installation cost.
