I need to have all old broken tiles and damaged tiles with repairs present to be removed and replaced in full with new then painted to match roof restoration.Up to 40x Marley reliance Marley major tiles to allow for foot traffic.Have up to 50x ridgecaps removed up to 40x caps replaced with new then rebedded and pointed ensuring weep holes are applied to main ridgelines.Have cut valley tiles cut back to allow a 100mm gap. On valley close to affected bedroom area.We recommend the owner has weep holes applied to all main ridgelines Aprox30lm.Has all cut valley tiles cut back to allow a 100mm gap.Has lead flashings around chimney removed and replaced in full with new ensuring appropriate coverage is achieved all around.

Sunroom is leaking water, need someone to come and quote the repair or let me know your offer. the sunroom has a metal roof and the main house has tiled roof. I need the following done: • Removal of existing lead apron flashing between higher and lower roof. • Supply and install new flexible flashing between higher and lower roof. • Supply and install new waka flex flashing to junction between tiled roof and metal roof to complete flashing works which are incomplete. • Supply and install new UV protected silicone to all joins around perimeter of entire metal roof area. • Reinstate and re fix all exisiting barge capping and flashing to entire metal roof area using correct fixings to ensure water tight and secured correctly. • Clean all debris off entire metal roof. • Clean all debris from rear gutters servicing metal roofs. • Provisions for all labour and material have been allowed for. • All rubbish generated to be taken off site - Due date: Flexible
