Require someone to remove balustrade (3 posts and rail) and construct a box step onto our decking along grass area with a gentle left to right slope. The decking is composite and would like the boards to match with same pattern (mitre joints) as side step. Step will be approx 4600mm L x 340mm D x 150mm H. There is an 80mm rise from lowest to highest end along the slope. Will also need new decking boards to cover balustrade post cuts. Some timber from balustrade could possibly be reused for step? - Due date: Flexible

There is water damage / water rot on an angled window in our attic that needs to be removed and replaced. It appears to have been caused by water damage from an improper seal of the window, so the underlying cause also needs identification and fixing.
