I require professional indoor plastering services to seamlessly cover the expansion foam filler around three newly installed window frames. Additionally, minor wall repairs are needed to address a few accidental cracks. The plastered surfaces must be finished to a high standard and ready for painting, though painting is not required at this stage. However, if the contractor has experience in painting, the painting scope can be awarded also. I am looking for a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for perfection to ensure a flawless finish that blends seamlessly with the existing surfaces.

I require professional repairs on my outdoor walls, which include addressing several deeper cracks and chipped areas. Additionally, I would like all ten existing window frames to have angle plaster trims installed. I will provide the required trims. • Repair all identified cracks and chipped areas in the exterior walls. • Install angle plaster trims around all ten window frames. • Ensure all repaired sections are properly rendered, leaving the surface smooth and uniform. • The final result should be a wall surface fully prepared for painting. (Painting is not included in the scope.) All work should be completed to a high standard, ensuring durability and a seamless finish.

Following work i have completed already- 1/3 celling and 2/3 wall gyprock sheet installed. Total area - 9 Sqm approx. You need ip install 8 sheets, cornice + skirting ready to paint.

Dismantle and remove Built in wardrobe (similar to IKEA style) with 2 x mirrored sliding doors. There are actually 2 x wardrobes that I want removed - one is slightly bigger. I wasn’t sure on budget as I haven’t had this done before!

Replace a 60cm slide out range hood. One light switch needs repair/replacing and so does one power point. Top switch not switching smoothly and powerpoint does not allow plug to go in fully in to the power socket.

Need to plaster a wall and install a lintel. I removed a door frame between the kitchen and utility, need it patched up now nice and tidy before the worktop goes in on Tuesday. And also I need a hole in the ceiling patched up from where the extractor fan used to be. And also I need the bottom of the utility plastered to cover where it used to be tiles And so - Due date: Before Tuesday, 17 October 2023
