I need a raised timber deck quoted and built about 11m x 5m including full length step.

I’m looking for an experienced professional to clean, sand and recoat the external timber decking, steps and other timber surfaces around my home - seeking quote including labour and materials, including availability and estimated completion time. Scope of work 1. Rear deck and steps Clean, prepare and lightly sand rear timber deck. Apply exterior oil-based timber coating (Sikkens natural satin), including spot-priming bare timber and applying two coats. Coat timber deck steps and risers where specified. Avoid/protect white painted fascia on deck 2. Pool stairs Prepare and recoat timber pool stairs, including the front faces and step treads. 3. Timber seat Clean, prepare and recoat the timber seat in the backyard, including the timber backboards and rear of the seat. 4. Front stairs and landings Prepare and recoat the front stair treads (top and front face only), protecting/avoiding white paint at edges. Prepare and recoat the three timber landings on the front stairs. White-painted fascia, stair sides and other white-painted surfaces must remain clean and undamaged.

Rest of timber deck to the corner needing to be completed. Approx 10-12 sqm. Pots need to be moved by you(not disposed of). • Supply and install treated pine subframe, including posts, bearers and joists. • Install joists at the required centres to suit the decking span. • Supply and install all stirrups, bolts, brackets, joist hangers and fixings. • Level and align the completed frame ready to receive decking. Decking • Supply and install approx 90 x 19 treated pine decking boards. • Fix all boards at consistent spacing throughout. • Finish all edges, trims and fascias as required. Painting • Prepare, sand and clean all decking and exposed framing ready for painting. Apply exterior primer and decking paint to the whole existing and new decking including exposed framing so all is the same colour.

Sand down decking and stained

Rubbish removal - painted decking boards and some other timber from deck replacement. Cut up ready for removal. Access is level via house side passage. You can use carport for a small ute. The deck is 3.3 X 3.8m . All the boards were removed plus half of bearers/joists etc.

I have a small section of floorboards (380 × 680mm) that is open and needs to be filled with matching boards. I have the matching leftover floorboards ready to use in sizing 330x2100mm I need an experienced flooring/carpentry person to cut the boards to size and securely install them so the finished section is neat and level with the existing floor.

Holes on engineered timber flooring, need to repair. Pls help! We are ending our lease and need to patch these up, 2 of them still have the screw inside, they need to be pulled out, filled and colour matched with the floor. There are 9 holes in total.

Looking for someone to clean, prepare and oil two small outdoor timber decks. Total area is approximately 8–10 m². Deck 1 – Lightwell: Approx. 1m x 2m. Clear and pull back climbing vines that are encroaching onto the decking boards and fence line. Clean and prepare the timber. Deck 2 – Courtyard: Approx. 1.8m x 3m. Clear surface dirt and prepare the timber. Cleaning/Prep: Wash and scrub both decks using an appropriate deck cleaner to remove dirt, mildew and grey weathering. Allow the timber to dry thoroughly before oiling. Oiling: Apply two coats of suitable decking oil, following the manufacturer's recommended drying time between coats. Materials: Please include all deck cleaner, decking oil and other consumable materials required for the job in your quote. Access: Both decks are ground-level with straightforward access. Water and power are available. The main priority is a clean, neat and well-prepared finish rather than extensive restoration of the timber.

I have approximately 70 square meters of timber deck that I want painted grey. I will supply paint it will need 2 coats. Needs to be cut in around some edges and it has 2 sets of stairs I have pressure washed the deck and it’s ready to go

I recently had a hot water leak in the laundry that spilled into the adjoining kitchen / hall area. At the time, all visible water was removed and professional dehumidifiers /dryers were used, so I believed everything had dried properly. I was then away overseas and have just returned to find that sections of the floating timber flooring have started to buckle/lift and gaps have appeared between some boards. Approximately 5-6 boards are affected. They also had a heavy piece of furniture pushing pressure onto it which may have contributed to the uneven expansion / shrinkage. The floors were already older / not in perfect condition, so I’m not looking to replace the entire floor. I’m hoping to salvage and repair the existing boards wherever possible. I’m looking for an experienced timber flooring specialist who can assess the affected area, including checking the timber and underneath for residual / trapped moisture. I understand the repair may need to be completed in two stages: initially lifting / removing the affected boards so the area underneath can be properly inspected and, if necessary, allowed to dry completely; then returning once moisture levels are appropriate to relay / reseat and repair the existing flooring. Ideally you will have a moisture meter and experience with water-damaged floating timber floors. The priority is making sure everything underneath is properly dry before the floor is closed back up, while preserving as much of the existing flooring as possible. I have ripped up all of the old carpet from four rooms but need someone to remove all of the staples around the edge of the rooms and clean the floors so they are ready to be oiled
