I have a kings 2.5 x 2.5m awning and brackets i just need four holes drilled into the roof rack so i can mount the brackets may require some of the bolts to be grinded down with an angle grinder wont take more than 20 mins I can drive to you for convenience.

I want gutter cleaned for my 2 story terrace house, have solar panels. Will require own ladder to reach the gutter.

Supply and install approximately 16m of guttering, 7m on the right hand side and 9m on the left hand side of house. Needs to fit in with current guttering (Colorbond Quad). To paint the front of new guttering before/ after installation so matches house (paint colour of Silver Tea Set will be provided, in addition to brushes). Removal and disposal of old/rusted/damaged guttering. Note: 2-storey house with narrow space between house and fence. Will need scaffolding. Photos provided.

The gutters of our house need to be cleaned out. The property is a two storey house with a large mango tree that overhanges one side of the house. Remove 3 x roof sheets from section where solar panels where installed 3. Refit barge / ridge capping to suit new sheets installed 4. Remove old roof screws with rusted heads and replace with new Materials (roof sheets, roof screws, skip bin hire, ...) are paid by me.
