Need neighbours overhanging branches cut down and left in their garden. Block is unoccupied. Also need one awkward gutter to be cleaned out. You'll need your own equipment for branches, but can use our ladder and scaffold.

Move broken tile to another area and replace and clean all guttering and valleys

Approx. 20 cracked/chipped concrete roof tiles to be replaced, along with replacing 1 concrete ridge tile (above carport). Pls see attached photos from recent building inspection. Used Tiles to be purchased/provided by contractor and photos to be provided once job complete.

Rusted piece of downpipe needs replacing or repairing approx two feet

The existing metal pergola does not provide any shelter. Area for new pergola is 3.1 m x 2.6 m, but could be up to 4.0 m x 6.3 m. New Pergola can be fitted to walls and to existing metal supports. I have 6 polycarbon sheets but no wood.

I need assistance reconnecting my kitchen rangehood ducting to the existing exhaust flume on the roof. It was previously connected but has recently come undone, and now requires proper reattachment. The rangehood and duct are already in place, so the job is mainly ensuring a secure and sealed connection to the roof flume. I need gutters cleaned . You will need a ladder to help reach gutters and move around. I can supply bin bags and gloves. Rubbish will need to be disposed of by you as bins are full from maintenance. Front , back and sides .

Need a roofer/handyman to fix water drainage and replace sagging panels. Install or flash trim where patio roof sheets meet the tiled roof so rainwater flows into the gutter. Check gutter in this section is clear and working. Remove and replace damaged eave/soffit lining panels (currently sagging, likely fibre cement or similar) around the side and back of the house.
