We deactivated a cool room and the condenser motor has to be removed. It is sitting on the roof of the property. We have a way to take it down via stairs so lift isn't required.

To be attached to 6 steel beams running from the building roof to over the edge of the balcony. Balcony is on the 3rd floor. Assistance needed with purchasing polycarbonate panels with varying measurements. Sealant required at joins to prevent water dripping. Installer may require harness and should be aware of permits for working at height. No rust treatment or significant cleaning needed on steel beams. Installer to inspect balcony prior to installation for better understanding of the job, which should take a couple of hours, and to assess permit requirements.

Looking for roofer to investigate a leak and repair it The leaks coming through the door frame of a bifold door on the bottom level of the house. The roof is tiled, but it’s also connected to a colourbond pergola.

Remove TV aerial/antenna from roof

Need the gutters of the main house and granny flat cleaned of all leaves. See floor plan for the size of the house and granny flat. Granny has one front falling gutter. Main house has gutters on left and right sides.

The fascia and gutters of the house need to be painted white to match the trim of the windows. There is also one tricky side of the house above the garage that we couldn't reach on our own. It will require the roof sheets to be unscrewed and removed and then put back after the job. It is quite high, just a tricky spot. Will require a tall ladder. I have 2 Eufy S220 security cameras that need installing. There is no screwdriving needed (they will be gutter-mounted). The cameras are wireless. You will need a ladder about 3 metres. Cheers :)

Attach standing mirror to wall so it can’t fall over. It’s very heavy. Can just attach the top part of the mirror .

A section of our back roof and eaves has/is falling apart. The section of eave is about 2.5m in length. A few of the roof timbers in the section have become rotten and will need to be replaced. The relevant section of eave needs to be removed and replaced. No painting of the new eave is required. Also I have spare roof tiles if necessary. The successful AirTasker will need to provide all materials and bring their own tools/equipment to the task.

Guttering brackets have come loose in one short section section (~ 4 metres) on 2nd story, likely fixed with 30mm instead of 50mm screws, need to be fixed back, we don't have a ladder so can't do. We have other roofing work coming up but need this fixed ASAP while we're planning the other works. I'll add pics ASAP.
