Need the gutters cleaned from my property. It's a rectangle approx 12m x8m, so 40lm of gutter. Due to retaining wall approx half the gutters can be reached at waist to chest height. The other half need to be on a ladder. Waste can go into a green bin onsite.

We have a Heritage listed house in Spring Hill that needs a few gutters replaced around the house. Replacing Like for like and running some extra down pipes. Supply labour and materials to do the job. We have a brand new mobile Scaff tower to get you up to the height and it will be erected by a licensed scaffolder and signed off.. If you have a scaffold license that could be more beneficial as well. Also need the storm water to go out to the street, which may be outside of the scope of this task, but if you can help in that job, please let me know

Need the flashing/ abutment (not sure if these are the correct names) see photos of the section that is rusted. It appears that there is a reaction between the zincalume and flashing (possibly galvanised) which has caused it to rust. We do not have any water coming through yet, so this is preventative. The width of the house is approximately 6600mm. Access to this part of the roof is possible from the back deck (the roof covers half of the deck, the other half is exposed). Damaged rooftop whitlybird requires replacing. I have a new one which ‘should’ be like-for-like. Suspect 3 or 4 rusted bolts then replace with new and silicon seal. Must have large ladder to enable safe access approx 5-6m high roof.
