Hi posting again as getting no bites. Antenna s fallen of roof needs to go back up but has taken a metal roof panel with it still attached. Under the flat roof panel is a panel of rotted wood attached which needs to be changed. 143 cm x 31 cm. Ice Antenna is placed must go inside house and make sure TV is working or else needs to be repositioned until TV works. It's a 2 story house with a flat roof.

Our Antenna has flown off the double story house. Wooden panel that's attached to fascia is rotted must be replaced. Wood panel is 143 cm by 31 cm. T.V inside property to be check afterwards to see if it's working ( that Antenna is in correct position). NOTE I am still trying to add photos ,just keep rechecking until they are on

I need 13 rolls of ecoMaster / Underfloor Insulation installed. Instructions from their website. You have to provide your own ppe 1. Open the insulation in advance Let the rolls “reloft” (unpack, rest) so they expand fully before installing.  2. Prepare the work area • Lay tarps under the floor (between the stumps/joists) so you can drag insulation in without it getting dirty.  • Ensure lighting is good. Have a helper if possible.  • Wear PPE (gloves, goggles, mask) especially to avoid dust or irritants.  3. Fit the insulation between the joists • Insulation rolls are placed against the underside of the floorboards (so that they make contact), pushing up to the floor above.  • The insulation width should match the joist spacing plus a little extra (~10mm). That extra lets you staple it neatly to the joists’ edges.  4. Stapling to secure it • Use galvanised staples, about 10 mm leg length.  • Use an electric (corded) or battery stapler that is double insulated. Don’t use hand-metal staple guns under the floor because of risk of electric shock.  • Staple along the bottom edge of the joists (i.e. the edge nearer the floorboards) not through the centre of the roll.  • Space staples every 100-150 mm along each edge.  5. Ensure contact & no gaps • The upper face of the insulation must lie flat and make contact with the floorboards. Open air gaps reduce insulation effectiveness.  • Make sure there are no gaps where rodents, insects or draughts could sneak in. Contact is also important for thermal efficiency.

Our Antenna flew off the roof and took a panel of wood with it still attached. Need to be put back up. That chair won't be on the ladder 🤣

Install a roof mount for a Starlink Gen 2 dish on top of a balcony frame (see photos). The height to the top of the balcony frame is 3 metres where the dish mount is to be located. The cable then needs to be secured to the top of the metal balcony frame using provided cable clips along a length of 3.6 metres. I can then complete the rest.

Facia repair ,and paint ,2 story house

After it rains, the water that drips down the downpipe is very loud. I'm looking for someone who can put more of an angle on the downpipe so the water doesn't fall directly down. Open to other solutions too. There's also a window seal next to the pipe that needs to be pushed back into place. Downpipe and window located on second level of the house.

Gutter cleaning of a 7 year old town house. We have had the gutters cleaned in the past so they are not bad. There are no overhanging trees. We need someone that can reach the top story to clean a couple of weeds that are growing out of the gutter from sand and dust collected in there. The property is a townhouse, it is brick to brick joined to a single story on one side of the property, it also has clear 3m side access with gates on the opposite side of the property and a rear courtyard pergola. The photos attached show where a few weeds have decided to grow, and where the single story property is located (RHS) of front of building. There will be a few pine needles in the gutters as well. But overall the property has been well kept and should not be a big job. Property is 15sq double story so roofline is not substantial.
