Hi, I need an experienced and insured tradesperson to instal a China hat cowl on an exposed ventilation pipe on the roof of my two story terrace. Please see attached photos of the property and the roof. You will need a long ladder to access the roof. The front is effectively three stories high and the side access is more like two stories, but from a narrow laneway.

The drainage downpipe of our vergola is awkwardly angled and may be partly blocked with leaves etc. so when we significant rain, it backs up and overflows. Need to unblock it or modify pipe so that it doesn’t continue to block. Happy to negotiate price.
