Hello, we need help cleaning out our gutters which are filled with moss. We live in a terrace house at the end of the row, so the gutter runs the width of the front of the house ( 5 m) and the length of the side of the house (about 25 m). The roof is 5.4 m high at the tallest point, so you will need a ladder to complete the job. We would like you to take photos of the gutters before and after to document your work. Thank you!

Get rid of all the boxes on the balcony, take the door and place it in the roof—this will require two men. Also, remove everything else remaining on the balcony.

Water leaking into the kitchen from a heavy storm a few weeks back – leaking from the door, and light switches. Possibly due to a sheet that has been installed on top of the roof incorrectly and is now also covering the downpipe, which has also been sealed. We'd like to have this inspected and receive advise if this needs to be removed and fixed to prevent future leaks.
