Gutter clean approx 20m on patio roof

We need help building a roof over our newly built deck on our Queenslander. We will have the materials but no roofing experience. It will be a little complex as the roof over the existing house needs to connect and be extended over the bathroom to create a cohesive look. Should be explained in the plans but feel free to ask questions! We have basic tools and scaffold set up, also happy to work with you on the job.

Our Gazebo needs a new roof. We want COLORBOND® Roofing Klip-Lok® "Monument". Dimensions are provided below and are 2* trapeziums (bases: 317cm and 591cm with a height of 173cm) and 2* triangles (base: 291 cm with a height of 168cm). - Due date: Flexible

Remove tiles, waterproof, tile and install new fittings. Room is an ensuite and I have another bathroom to be done. Plumbing should not need moving. 1300 (to doorway outer edge) x 3210mm. Tiling one tile up from floor except for shower to be up to ceiling - 2300mm high x 950 x1230. I will provide new vanity, toilet and fixtures. Drain holes to stay as are. I can provide codes for tiles. Will need painting. Photos taken from each end below. Need quotes so have put in a low figure. - Due date: Flexible
