I need a licensed roof plumber to complete a small flashing replacement at my home. This is required as part of an home insurance claim – the insurer's contractor will only proceed with our ceiling repairs once this flashing is replaced. Scope of Works: Replace damaged roof flashing only (no additional works required). Provide before/after photos. Provide a tax invoice or statement showing licensed roof plumbing work. Job must meet insurer requirements. Notes: Please quote only for the flashing replacement, not a full roof service. Must be a qualified/insured tradesperson (roof plumber or roofer). Work needs to be completed as soon as possible. Deliverables to me: Photos of work completed. Access ceiling area above bathroom and assess water ingress location around skylight. Remove affected insulation to allow visual inspection of roof flashings and internal lining. Identify failure point in existing skylight or roof sheeting seal. Supply and install new custom-bent flashing and silicone sealant around skylight perimeter. Test roof penetration with water to confirm watertightness post-sealing. Remove and dispose of saturated insulation in affected area. Install new insulation batts to match R-value of existing. Cut out and replace ceiling sheeting section affected by water ingress. Flush, tape, and sand new ceiling joins to match existing surface. Apply stain-blocking primer to affected ceiling area. Apply 2 coats of ceiling white paint to blend repairs. Final clean of site and ensure no further drips or defects visible.

We have 5 (possibly more) small holes where a possum is accessing our roof space on wet nights. Looking for a roof carpenter or experienced handy man to quote to do patch and repair on the holes. It is a two storey home and holes are in the top floor roof space. Easy access through built in ladder. Ignore the budget of $50, it’s set only for airtasker purposes. Note, we do not need possum removal.

We need complete roof restoration 1) render/repair the chimney and replace the flashing on the chimney, 2) Clean the roof (remove all green fungus), 3) Repoint all the Ridge capping, 4) Inspect and adjust all flashings and tiles carefully (there is water damage in the ceiling), 5) replace any broken tiles and 6) lift tiles from the edge by adding some timber if required.

Hi guys, need a roof plumber or handyman to attend to a gutter section where our previous builder left insulation sticking out and now it wicks the water into the wall when it rains heavy 😫. I expect sheets will need to be lifted to tuck the insulation back in and then a sealing strip being put down under the sheets probably a good idea while you there. Prefer it is done in the next few weeks before rains start.

Remove old down pipe, supply and install new one. Please quote as necessary
