We need complete roof restoration 1) render/repair the chimney and replace the flashing on the chimney, 2) Clean the roof (remove all green fungus), 3) Repoint all the Ridge capping, 4) Inspect and adjust all flashings and tiles carefully (there is water damage in the ceiling), 5) replace any broken tiles and 6) lift tiles from the edge by adding some timber if required.

Hi guys, need a roof plumber or handyman to attend to a gutter section where our previous builder left insulation sticking out and now it wicks the water into the wall when it rains heavy 😫. I expect sheets will need to be lifted to tuck the insulation back in and then a sealing strip being put down under the sheets probably a good idea while you there. Prefer it is done in the next few weeks before rains start.

My single story 1930's house (with tiled roof), has ceiling cavity 115 sq.m., with about 20% of area covered by old insulation batts, which need to be removed. 80% of the area has no insulation. After removal of old insulation batts, the ceiling needs to be vacuumed to remove build-up of dust and leaf-litter.
