Needs someone up on 2-story roof to silicon and screw them on with me as I'm unable to access from deck. Require a ladder and drill (I can supply silicon and screws unless you would prefer to yourself)

Replacement of the 3.5 translucent sheets on each slope of the roof. There was a hail damage so that' why I'd like them to be replaced with something like Suntuf Solar Grey 3m Polycarbonate Roofing (I still have to check the actual length of the existing panels). Height wise it is about 3m at the eaves and about 4-4.5m at the ridge.

Roof leaked when we had a lot of rain. Would like to get it checked out and given a quote to patch a hole or whatever the issue is. Don't have any photos of the leak. Price is a placeholder.

Have 23 panels of solar to be cleaned. Also the guttering remove any debris- and also have 9x 1 m bird spoke to be attached to the guttering on one side . House is a qlders easy to get on the roof however most is 2 story’s ! Give an offer do it this week
