The valve of the pipe on the bathroom is leaking. Just drops not massive. And, the door roll hinges on the top of the laundry broke. Needs to be fixed.

Hi we have a resident possum and we can get pest control to remove him but they won’t block the hole in the roof so, he comes right back again. I need a handyman to block up the hole with chicken wire and what ever else to stop him getting back in our roof. I know around about where the hole is, but will require walking up on the roof, which I can’t do.
