One or two roof tiles needs to be sealed as water from Air on is leaking through. It’s the top floor/ roof. Thank you It is a double story unit. Easy access with a ladder.

Hi I have a few terracotta roof tiles that have slipped and come loose and I need someone to come by and reset them. I have spare tiles if they are required.

Water marks have appeared on the roof of the ground floor. There is a bedroom directly above the location so water isn’t coming from above floor. I suspect water is leaking in from the room due to the rain.

Seperate to the above, iI also want to buy an outdoor plastic blind from bunnings. Needing this to be installed on the other side of the verandah (not the side with water coming through)

A down pipe has come loose and needs to be secured back onto the wall/upper down pipe. It is located on the roof of the first story - so will need a ladder to reach the down pipe.

-Demolish part if not the whole wall with taps -add new studs to old one for that wall section, will need determine how many new studs once the wall is removed -add new bathroom wall sheetings (concrete?) -waterproofing the wall and wet fixture areas -add tiles and grout to new wall *make sure your offer includes materials and labour I will only supply the tiles *please be mindful that it may not only be that small section that needs to be replaced but possibly the whole wall
