I live in a townhouse, not very old. Needs gutter cleaning

Water marks have appeared on the roof of the ground floor. There is a bedroom directly above the location so water isn’t coming from above floor.

I have an outdoor decking area. When it rains, water comes through from the side. It's a small gap just a few cms. I am wanting to waterproof it so no more water comes into my decking area. Seperate to the above, iI also want to buy an outdoor plastic blind from bunnings. Needing this to be installed on the other side of the verandah (not the side with water coming through)

A down pipe has come loose and needs to be secured back onto the wall/upper down pipe. It is located on the roof of the first story - so will need a ladder to reach the down pipe.
