Need help clearing gutters on two story house. From what I can see most gutters look OK but there is a box gutter at the rear of the house that appears to be blocked at the outlet.

Car roof lining is bowing and coming apart on some places. Willing to pay a bit more to cover supplies

Looking for someone experienced in installing underfloor insulation to insulate around 50m² of timber floorboards. I’d like to use Knauf FloorShield glasswool underfloor batts (or equivalent product) — ideally with a wind-wash barrier and suited for underfloor applications. Clean gutters on small, high set house. Reinstall outdoor blind which has fallen from its brackets. Will need ladders for this job. High side of house is over 6m high.

Rear gutter is blocked on high- set Queenslander - about 6m off ground and 8m long. Remove leaves and check water flow.

My child’s hat flew off from our balcony and now it’s on top of the ground floor roof top. We are on the 3rd floor. We were hoping a strong wind would have blown it down but no luck. Probably can get it with a drone.

Leak where pitch changes to flat roof and drips into sunroom. One small section of gutter to be sealed at corner as dripping. Also one downpipe doesn’t get any water to it, not sure why. I am going to put $10 in task but obviously pay as per quote.

Approx ceiling area is 62 sq m. Access manhole is small ie 40x50cm. Please advise additional cost if it needs to be enlarged.

Tiles (600x300) will be supplied. We're on a ground floor unit with parking available for a vehicle with 2.0m clearance (a ute) The tiles were removed by a waterproofing contractor and he doesnt do tiling.
