I’m looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to modify a large built-in wardrobe and install a secure wall-mounting system for a Thule roof box. Roof box is a Thule Motion 3 XL The job involves: * removing the existing clothes-hanging rail and part of the shelf above it. * Supplying and installing two suitably rated hooks into the brick wall at the rear of the wardrobe, using anchors. * Supplying and fitting a suitable bar across the roof box. The box’s existing roof-rack clamps will secure it to the bar. * Lifting the box into position and placing the ends of the bar onto the wall hooks so that the box hangs vertically inside the wardrobe.
