This brick structure is built at the back of my Victorian era house. Kitchens with wood stoves were often built separately from the house and I think this was it. It has been divided into spaces. The largest has the laundry in it, then a smaller one used for storage and another has a toilet in it, that is not used. Ideally, it would be become a totally weatherproof room divided to be a sunroom and a laundry/shower/toilet room.
