Need this ceiling patched and painted. I will supply paint and must be tidy and no spillage of any paint. If task is completed to my standard I may require more work on a regular basis

Just want to add plastic roofing on my belcony.

I have a Mazda 3 2006 hatchback. I've bought roof bars for my car but I have know idea how to install them. My mechanic won't do it. Anyone installed roof racks before? My car is fairly old, so there's rust where the screws would go but I'm told it should be ok. Task to be done any time from Friday through to Monday only. Thank you

My roof started leaking slightly after having solar panels installed, we’ve had the solar panel company out a few times before finally a roofer came out and explained the problem is the transition flashing (where a metal roof meets a tiled roof) the wrong materials have been used and will need replaced. Have been told it’s not a big job however roofer was from the blue mountains so wasn’t worth his time. Note - the roof doesn’t leak badly, but want it sorted to prevent mould and structural damage.

Leek from this balcony where the pipe and the flashing is need the water leek properly sealed before replacing ceiling. Need to ensure water is seeled off so the ceiling does not get damaged again

Small gutter redirection job: we have a second floor gutter downspout that needs to be sealed off with drainage redirected to the other downspouts. Currently, during heavy rainfall, the pipes overflow and the water pours inside the house through the air-conditioning unit

Need to have bedroom (4 walls) and Ceiling cleaned and mould removed. Furniture in room that I can can help move I have a ladder on site that can be used. You must supply your own cleaning products and tools.

Roofer needed to put back 4 roof tiles in place. No ladder needed, easy access. Have some other things to be looked at as well

Clean up the leaves and branches from my roof (see photos). Note there are gutter guards installed so the leaves should not have gone down the pipes (no need to remove the gutter guards). I want to remove existing flat polycarbonate roofing and replace with corrugated polycarbonate sheets. Roof is above al fresco dining area and is approx 6.5m x 3.5m. New fascia may be required so happy to discuss this when required as well as materials required.

I have a leak in the roof of my 2 story house. I have identified the leaking spot from the roof cavity and it looks like it's coming from under a ridge cap. On the roof , the best I can tell is that the flexipoint has a hairline crack in it which may be the issue. Need help to fix See images

The gutter pipe needs to be reconnected to main pipe as it’s leaking from the gap.
