Garage roof eaves recently installed - but handy man left one section incomplete (see images - yellow rectangle shows missing section). Tad tricky duue to proximity of fence. The tiled roof has a leak where the solar panel conduits and rail is fixed . It is a double-storey house I want a roofer to assess all the places where the conduit and rails of the solar panel meet the roof and repair any leakages. Also I would like them to go in the attic and check from inside as well in that area to make sure that there no leakage happens .

I have a gutter and downpipe at the rear of my second storey property I would like cleaned. The house is on a slope, with the gutter 3.5m off the ground at the highest point and 4.5m at the lowest point. Access to the roof is limited however access to the rear of the property is easy. Looking for just this gutter to be cleaned, not the whole house and looking for someone to complete soon as possible.

I'm looking for someone to clean the gutters of a 2BR house in Carss Park. It's one storey at the front but the property slopes down towards the back quite a bit so access is probably best from the front and via the roof.
