Repoint all cracked/loose ridge and hip caps with flexible/polymer pointing (colour to match as close as practical). Re-bed ridge/hip caps where bedding is failed or missing (only where needed). Replace cracked/failed tiles you identify (please state how many are included in your quote and the cost per extra tile). Check/secure verges, flashing, and valleys; report any issues. Remove debris and leave site clean; dispose of waste legally. Deliverables: Sound, neatly pointed ridges/hips; watertight finish. All broken tiles replaced. Photo report (before/after + any recommendations). 12-month workmanship guarantee preferred. How many replacement tiles are included + per-tile rate beyond that. If you break tile because of you walking on the roof then you need to replace at your own expense.

I have a leak in the roof of my 2 story house. I have identified the leaking spot from the roof cavity and it looks like it's coming from under a ridge cap. On the roof , the best I can tell is that the flexipoint has a hairline crack in it which may be the issue. Need help to fix See images

The gutter pipe needs to be reconnected to main pipe as it’s leaking from the gap.

Hello I have a Solahart Solar Water Heater on my Roof. When I switch it to electricity it shorts the fuse. It's an old unit, don't know if there's a way to fix it without requiring replacement. I would say the element is out on it – there's a date on it 7/86 & a No: 518291 (or 513291) Josh

Roof is leaking inside the house. I’ve traced the leak to a gutter drain overflowing on the top floor of our duplex. I’m looking for a builder to find the source of the leak. Depending on the assessment, we can decide on a fix that will be paid for outside of this task. I’m flexible with the timing but need to fix as soon as possible to limit further damage

Garage roof eaves recently installed - but handy man left one section incomplete (see images - yellow rectangle shows missing section). Tad tricky duue to proximity of fence. Approx 1.2 m to install, I have the eave material. Do I have the name right - is it the eave or the soffit? In the image it is the section in yellow rectangle. Laundry sliding door (to lounge room) has come off runners. Runners may be damaged. Has to done early Friday 13th (8-10.30am) June or could be done anytime Saturday 14th June.

A drain pipe has been removed and our balcony roof has been leaking ever since. It’s at the back of our house and is difficult to access. We have already had someone try to seal it from underneath which didn’t work and expect someone will probably have to access via the top or across the house roof, to make the leak stop.

Clean gutters for a large double storey house. All waste to be disposed of in provided green bin.

1. Clean and prepare surface. 2. Apply Primer if required. 3. Apply two coats of galvanising paint. 4. Airtasker to supply all materials and supply. 5. The colour seen in the pictures is not loose rust. It's a darker colour as I already treated the light rust with rust converter. 6. Roof is strong and can easily be worked on. 7. Contractor to supply all equipment and supplies. 8. It's a galvanised Roof - cliplocked. Area - 20-25 m2.
