The house and roof were built in 1983. The matching roof tiles are required by the solar panel installer as standbys for replacement of any tiles broken during solar panel installation. Tasker please come to pick a tile from the roof for matching purposes and install back at the end of the task. Purchase cost of tiles to be claim back from me by presenting invoice.

I need my new roof rack and shade awning installed on my 2015 Pajero vehicle. They are brand new and still in their packaging. The roof rack backbone / rails will also need to be installed first before the roof rack can be installed.

Hi!! We’ve recently purchased a property needing some renovations. We're looking for a quote to assist with the following. Please note, we haven't inspected the place in person yet, as we’re not based in Perth. The list below is based on photos, inspection reports, and agent recommendations, so there may be adjustments (more/less) once we arrive and can confirm everything. We plan to be there during renovations from Sat 2nd to Mon 18th Nov. We don't have a floor plan yet, but we'll work on getting one drawn up (no measurements will be included though). * General servicing, checking, and cleaning of gutters. * Some gutters have surface rust. It’s been recommended to apply bitumastic paint to these areas. * There is evidence that the gutters on the east side of the property may have leaked in the past. Potentially: * We’ve been advised to install soakwells for some of the downpipes at least 3 metres away from the property. Is this something you can help with? * We’ve also been advised that the hot water system and air conditioner should ideally be directed into the stormwater system or at least 3 metres away from the building. Renove old and fit new galvanised cowl on roof. We have the part. Just require installation.

Have got the roofies to install steel beam in roof and need it welded to existing steel beams. Easy access through tiles and is about 6 welds.

Hole in ceiling where AC duct is. Duct is removed . Require square hole cut and new sheet of gyooc installed. To be taped and flushed. Would like it painted but happy to do this myself if need be, depends on price and quality of finish - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 4 May 2023
