Over-flashing (pan flashing) for flue – allow 5 LM: fabricate and install an over-flash from the box-gutter throat up the roof plane to the top flashing; turn-in/under the upper receiver, mechanically secure and seal terminations; proof-flow. 4. Front cladding junctions: remove failed silicone and re-seal as a temporary measure so repair works can be signed off; isolated water testing included. 5. Scaffold/EWP – two-storey frontage + return, up to ~1 week, to safely service roof and cladding junctions (final measure on site).

Engage qualified tradesman to Install additional downpipe Install spreaders to the 2 x down pipes depositing onto the flat roof.

Remove exisiting roof racks (standard Toyota) and Install flat rack to Prado 4wd Flat rack will be provided

Fix a small roof in a tiled roof by reappointing tiles.

We have a roof leak eventhough gutters have been cleaned. It might be coming from around the chimney, but need to identify the cause by a roof plumber. The roof is tin and the roof is high, almost two storey high.
