Hi, I need to remove the branches of a tree that is causing damage to the tiles on my roof. I think that it's a murraya paniculata. I would like to remove the whole tree if that's possible within the city of sydney area

I have a outdoor area that is currently uncovered which i want covered. I am cost conscious about this one and if the cost is too high i probably won't do it - i am thinkning clear corrugated sheets as we still want the sun to come through I am not prescious about how this is done - am open to the most cost effective way of it being done Measurements are 1.1M wide and 3.3M long as you can see on the window side there may be some slight nuances The clear wall is a joint wall with our neighbour - so if you suggest doing anything off that wall you would need to come check it out before doing it My last photo shows the tiles on a slight decline which takes the water to the drain just on the right - which is something that will need to be considers re guttering or can you have it run into the existing drain - only problem here is the communal wall and that wall is slightly shorter then the other As mentioned not precious how this is done - what materials are used etc just want the sun to come through still and for the area under it to be water proof I have no idea what the budget should be so i have put down $500 as a starting point I want this done in the next 2 weeks

Water leaking through roof screws has caused timber batten to rot. Rotten batten is cracked around the screw holes and needs to be removed and replaced, before re-securing roof panels with watertight roofing screws. Flashing replacement on front of roof

Condensation dripping down the inside of my ceiling due to poor roofing install. I need the about three roof panels removed, the damaged timber panels underneath replaced, and the roofing reinstalled.

Im a single mother and I live in a housing. My daughter and I have lived through five years of excessive water leak in the bathroom and the mould illnesses to go with it. It’s been absolutely awful to be honest. Constant stress and worry. Anyhow I finally got housing to take responsibility and fix up the damaged unit. And boy has it been a literal war I’ve been fighting to get it done. Anyhow to think that wasn’t enough. I actually think these fools have redone an entire bathroom and not even waterproofed it. I know an expert witness statement can cost hundreds and I’m gonna be straight up I really can’t afford that much money at this point in time. I am hoping that someone can help me for a smaller ammount. But be certified. Because I know if someone can just write one out. The effort of coming down here and checking it out and writing out one for me surely could be done a bit cheaper. I have had mates that have done waterproofing guarantee there is none done but they don’t have the actual certification to do anything that can be put on paper and actually mean something. I can send images if the right person is interested in taking up the task.
