I need a professional to build me some trusses to replace my existing roof. I want it to be gable style to achieve extra height in my back room in my back yard . I also want colour bond roof on . It’s roughly 3 m wide x5-6 m

Our property has a water leak, plaster was removed from the affected ceiling area downstairs to allow inspection for any signs of any water leaks. The toilet was then flushed and left running for over 20 minutes; during this time, no leaks or signs of moisture were detected. However, testing the shower water was observed escaping from the shower enclosure. It appears that water is penetrating beneath the tiled surface and travelling through the toilet penetration, which is contributing to the leak. We need someone to come to reseal the shower screen and surrounds to prevent further leaks. Preference is if someone can also plaster and paint the holes downstairs too I don't really know the pricing, please do not be offended, and provide your best reasonable quote. we just want to ensure that this issue is fixed once and for all

1. Supply and install one down pipe and connect to storm water. suggested location shown in red, to fix the overflow that occurs around existing downpipe circled in green. 2. Extend gutter slightly to capture water off the last tile. Second photo where circled in green

down pipe replacement. not sure if its just the elbow that needs replacing or the entire down pipe offsets, so will need expert advice. Post your quote.

Small balcony from 3rd floor “seem” to be leaking as the ceiling below it has a lot of moisture (detected using my moisture detector). Need someone to inspect it and do what is required, might be waterproofing or something else. Its a small balcony with 1 x 2.1m dimension hence 2.1sqm

Clean warehouse gutters.

I have two gutter down pipes that go straight to the ground that I need connected to the stormwater.

We have three 6-meter PVC guttering pipes to be replaced and one 2-meter guttering pipe to be extended. See pictures as reference.

Repair/replace tile that's causing leak

After the recent storm, 27 Nov, a water stain appeared in my room and streaks of water in the wall. There seems to be a leak in the room somewhere.

We want some insulation installed (we can supply) in the lean to extension in our house. The area is a 2x8m approx and access is via the corrugated tin roof in photo. Roof is 2.4m high with easy access.
